Who Are We?

Linwood Raker Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer of speciality coated paper products, designed for direct food contact and industrial applications.

Founded in 2017 and located in Nottinghamshire, we are a resolute team with a passion for delivering value through innovation. Our clients rely on us for paper-based solutions that enhance the processing, packaging, or presentation of their products.

We operate from a modern, well-invested facility that reflects our commitment to efficiency and innovation. Here, we convert mill-sized reels into reams, sheets, reels, and die-cut shapes in order to meet specialist design requirements. In addition, our advanced machinery and stringent processes enable us to deliver precise, consistent quality across every format. As a result, we are able to support both high-volume production and bespoke projects with equal reliability.

Professionals trust our coated papers because they demand high-performance materials at every stage of the product lifecycle. In particular, these papers create a critical barrier that protects both the product and the surfaces it touches. In addition, when used with baked or frozen foods, bitumen, butyls, or other industrial chemicals, our papers deliver dependable, application-specific performance.

We apply stringent quality controls at every stage of the manufacturing process. In support of this, our procedures are backed by a BRC ‘High Risk’ Hygiene accreditation and a formal HACCP plan. As a result, we ensure product safety, consistency, and full compliance with industry standards.

Linwood Raker manufactures high-performance siliconised release papers for demanding industrial and chemical applications. These include:

Double-sided tape separation

Bitumen and butyl extrusion

Hot melt adhesive packaging

Our papers are engineered for environments where temperatures exceed 150 °C, offering consistent release and thermal resilience.

We also convert a wide range of superfine papers – such as clay-coated kraft, glassine, and super-calendared kraft – each available with customised release properties to suit specific applications.

Nearly all products can be supplied as reams, sheets, reels, or die-cut shapes, tailored to your operational needs.

For sustainable packaging, businesses can combine our coated papers with corrugated board to create a robust, recyclable alternative to plastic. In addition, this cost-effective and versatile solution unlocks a wide array of packaging possibilities, while, importantly, most combinations also recycle easily into new materials.

Nature makes it possible…. Technology and Innovation make it work!

We understand the importance of protecting food from the surfaces it contacts. That is why we offer 100% sustainably sourced speciality papers, tailored to the needs of bakers, butchers, confectioners, and foodservice providers.

Not Just Paper—A Performance Material

Baking paper is more than a disposable product—it is a technical solution that adds real, measurable value to your operation. Let us help you choose the right product to enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve presentation.

• Tray liners for presentation only?
In this case, a heat-resistant silicone coating is not necessary—a more economical alternative may be ideal.

• Do you re-use your baking paper?
Most of our papers can be used multiple times, depending on the type of product and level of residue. We will advise on the most suitable specification for your use case.

We have the expertise, manufacturing capability, and agile supply chain to develop bespoke paper-based solutions for virtually any application.

This heat-resistant baking paper performs in high-temperature environments, making it ideal for everything from delicate pastries to artisan breads. It preserves flavours and promotes even browning, so you achieve consistent, golden results every time.

But baking is just the beginning. Our paper’s versatility makes it perfect for:

Separating dough layers for freezing

Tempering chocolate

Creating disposable piping bags

Whether you are lining a tray, rolling cookie dough, or managing sticky mixtures, professional baking paper simplifies your process – giving you reliable results with less mess.
